About Us

Dynastypical Store is operated by MC CREATIONS S.R.L., a company registered in Romania under CUI 51696617, with registered address at Strada 1 Decembrie, Nr. 154-156, Camera 1, Bl. 4, Sc. LOT 1, Et. 1, Ap. 11, Sat Tunari, Comuna Tunari, Județul Ilfov, România (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Products

We sell digital ebooks in PDF format. Completing a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the ebook for your own private use. All intellectual property rights in the ebooks remain with the respective authors and publishers.

Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), and that all information you provide is accurate. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

Digital Delivery

Your ebook is delivered immediately after successful payment via a secure download link sent to your email address. The link is also available on the order confirmation page. If you do not receive your link or cannot access your file, contact us at support@dynastypical.com and we will resolve the issue.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK consumer legislation, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, this right applies before the download begins. Once you download the file, the content has been delivered.

We do not offer automatic refunds for downloaded digital goods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us and we will assess the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement download or a refund. These terms do not exclude any rights you hold under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

Prohibited Uses

Your licence is for personal reading only. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute copies of purchased ebooks; upload or share purchased files publicly; or incorporate purchased content into any commercial product or service without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer

Ebooks are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of content but do not warrant that ebooks are free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

EU consumers may submit disputes through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Romanian consumers may contact ANPC (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor).
